When you book a "petcation" with Aston Parker Petcations, our goal is to make sure your experience is one that leaves you completely worry free while you are travelling for work or play. That means more fun and/or more productivity for you while you are away. Updates with pictures and videos are sent morning, noon and night. If your fur baby(ies) require medications at certain times, photographs are taken and sent to you with the medications prepared as you instructed. You know that they have been administered properly to ensure a happy, healthy pet when you return. Your home and property are treated with the utmost respect and care. Upon arrival back home, you will find your home, property and fur baby(ies) exactly as you left them. We do ask that you take as much care in our safety as we do for you and your fur baby(ies) by making sure all windows and doors lock and secure properly. Best to leave any cameras on the property on and have ability to turn on alarm/security system is greatly appreciated. We want to build a long, trustworthy relationship with you. Leaving your home and four legged kiddos with us in an honor to be highly respected and taken very seriously.

Communication is key with me! I liCibuifer, sten very closely to my clients. Two things that I hear my clients complain about very often with regard to previous caretakers are 1). Other caretakers having a guest(s) over on the property without the owner's consent and 2). A caretaker is booked for an overnight pet sitting but they do not in fact stay overnight and only come visit the fur baby(ies) for short visits during the day. This is completely unacceptable and will not occur with Aston Parker Petcations. In addition to the services and prices listed in the section, I send you pics/videos three times a day. Once in the morning for breakfast, a mid day report of what we are up to, and a goodnight evening after dinner update. Another benefit with overnight stays is that you have a presence and activity going on around your home. NO ONE ELSE is EVER allowed on your property without your approval or consent; ie: housekeepers, yard workers, repairmen, my friends or family. I have a very strict policy for this. Also, NO SENSITIVE INFORMATION (house alarm codes or credit card numbers) IS EVER EXCHANGED VIA text and/or social media messages or email. They are only to be shared in person or in a secure phone conversation. All credit card processing via my website and bank will be and are encrypted for your safety.
